Prior to new bookings, we meet with you and your pet/s in order to:
– Tailor a service to your needs
– Assess your pet’s requirements and temperament
– Complete a “New Client” information form
– Pick up a house key
– Familiarise ourselves with your pet’s home territory
DOG WALKING
If you don’t have time to exercise your dog as much as you would like, Love Your Pet can help. All prices include a minimum of a one hour walk, pick-up and return, as well as socialisation.
Your pet will be towel dried on wet days and dogs are walked in small groups unless you request otherwise.

PET MINDING
If you wish your pet to be cared for in a family atmosphere with wholesome food and treats, daily walks, plenty of socialisation, love and affection, boarding with one of our passionate and dedicated pet minders will give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in the best of care. Full flexibility with drop off and pick up times. Puppies, seniors and pets with special needs welcome.
One week stay includes complimentary brushing, eyes and ear clean.

Peak Period Rates
The following surcharge is applicable to above rates during peak periods:
Christmas (19 Dec – 19 Jan), Easter (Thursday to Tuesday inclusive), Melbourne Cup Weekend (Saturday to Tuesday inclusive) and other Public Holidays and long weekends (see Calendar) – $10.00
DOG GROOMING
Includes: Chemical and sulphite free products. Relaxed, home based, cage free environment. Flexible drop-off and pick-up times.
Full Groom/Clip. Nails, ears, hygiene, and paw pads. Plus full body clip to your chosen length – from $90.00
Bath and Blow Dry. includes ear clean, nail trim, and light brush – from $50.00
Bath and Tidy. includes ear clean, nail trim, and light brush, plus clip higiene areas, and between paw pads. Tidy Face, feet, and eyes. No body trim – from $75
De-knotting and de-shedding – $15.00 per 15 minutes

DOG TRAINING AND PET PARENTING
| Two hour training session | $450.00 |
GENTLE NON-AGGRESSIVE METHOD. Two-hour session with your family in your own home and local environment, teaching you how to understand your dog/s and win their minds so they will not only love you but respect you. The session includes enjoying practising your new skills with your dog/s and seeing improvement immediately. Life time support included.

PAYMENT AND ACCOUNTS
Pet boarding, home visits and minding services; we require 50% to be paid on booking, followed by 50% on commencement of service.
Other services 100% is payable on day of service.
Incidental costs or out of pocket expenses to be paid, as incurred or upon collection of your pet (at the discretion of the carer).
Cancellation fees:
28 days plus – 100% refund less $25 admin fee
14 – 27 days – 50% refund OR have the full amount credited toward future bookings (less $25 admin fee).
14 days or less, no refund – however, the full amount less $25.00 admin fee will be credited to your account for future bookings.
Monthly Accounts are available on application for ongoing regular services. Monthly invoices are strictly issued on a 14 day payment term.
LATE FEES: A late fee of $18.50 will apply to overdue accounts and charged cumulatively every month while the account remains unpaid. This charge is to cover additional administration costs, however we would much prefer working with your pets than chasing outstanding accounts
